Returns & Exchanges
All Clumsy Folks products are made to order, just for you. Because of this, we don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or buyer's remorse.
We know — that's a little ironic for a brand built around accidents. But hear us out.
The exception: damaged goods
If your order arrives damaged or defective — that's on us. We'll make it right. Just email us at hello@clumsyfolks.com within 15 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and your order number, and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Sizing
Please check the size guide on each product page before ordering. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up. We can't exchange for sizing issues, so it's worth taking 60 seconds to measure first.
Lost or stolen packages
Once your order is marked delivered by the carrier, it's out of our hands. If your package is missing, please contact your local post office or carrier first. If it's genuinely lost in transit, reach out to us and we'll do our best to help.
